Islamic Faith six Pillars: Belief in God
In the first of Islamic Faith six Pillars, Muslims believe in one and that none has the right. He’s the real God, and every other deity is false. He’s the most magnificent names and sublime, perfect attributes. No one shares His divinity, nor His attributes. From the Quran, God describes Himself:
“Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.” (Quran, 112:1-4)
Nobody has the right supplicated to be redeemed, prayed to, or revealed any act of sin, but God.
God alone is the Creator, the Almighty, the Sovereign, and the Sustainer of everything in the world. He manages all affairs. He stands in need of none of His creatures, and His creatures rely on Him for whatever they require. He’s the All-Knowing, the All-Seeing, and also the All-Hearing. In a way that is perfect, His knowledge encompasses everything, the open and the key, and also the people and the personal. He understands it will take place, and what’s happened, what’s going to happen. No affair happens in the world except his will. Whatever He wills are, and will not be and everything He doesn’t will isn’t. His will is above the will of the creatures. He has authority over everything, and he’s ready to do whatever. He’s the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, and the Gracious. In among the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, we’re told that God is more merciful to His creatures than a mother to her child.1 God is far removed from injustice and tyranny. He’s All-Wise in all His actions and decrees. They can ask God directly without asking anybody else to intercede with God if a person wants something from God.
God isn’t Jesus, and Jesus isn’t God.2 Jesus himself denied this. God has stated in the Quran:
“They have certainly disbelieved who say, ” Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary” while the Messiah has said, “O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.” Indeed, he who associates others with Allah – Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.” (Quran, 5:72)
“They have certainly disbelieved who say, ” Allah is the third of three.” And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment. So will they not repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded.” (Quran, 5:73-75)
Islam rejects that God rested he wrestled with one of His angels, he is incarnate in any human being, or he is an envious plotter against mankind. Islam rejects the attribution of any form. All they are considered blasphemous. God is the Exalted. He’s far removed from every imperfection. He never becomes tired. He fails to become nor does he sleep.
The Arabic word Allah means God (the one and only true God who made the entire world). This term Allah is a name. This term can’t be used to designate anything other. The word Allah happens from the approximately 2700 times. In Aramaic, a language related to the language and Arabic which Jesus spoke, God is known as Allah.
